Most of us will experience sarcopenia (if we haven’t already) as we age. Sarcopenia is the gradual loss of muscle mass that can affect people in their 30s and beyond. Muscle weakness often contributes to loss of balance. The good news is we can improve our balance if we continue to challenge it.
